Customer promise

  • On receipt of an online request we will contact  you within 24 hours to arrange and book survey date.
  • We will send an experienced skilled surveyor out to your property.
  • During the visit your surveyor will guide you through the choices available to make your made-to measure shutters & blinds meet your requirements.
  • On completion your surveyor will generate a quotation for you. 
  • If you accept the quote, we will generate an invoice and ask you to transfer 50% deposit to our account.
  • Our normal lead time for an order is 7-10 working days for blinds and 10 - 12  weeks for shutters
